The next meeting of the Chesterfield E & D Forum will take place at 1pm on Monday 16^th September in Committee Room 5 at the Town Hall.

Please find attached the proposed agenda for the meeting, plus a copy of the previous minutes for your information.

We will be joined at the meeting by Sarah Lowe who is a Mental Health Recovery Worker for the Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health. Sarah will be talking to us about the service and support she can provide.
