The next meeting of the Chesterfield E & D Forum will take place at 1pm on Monday 16th September in Committee Room 5 at the Town Hall.

Please find attached the proposed agenda for the meeting, plus a copy of the previous minutes for your information.

We will be joined at the meeting by Sarah Lowe who is a Mental Health Recovery Worker for the Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health.  Sarah will be talking to us about the service and support she can provide.

If you will be attending the meeting, please can you let me know, along with any access requirements you may have.
