Derbyshire Carers Association is working with Partners in Care and Health, Derbyshire County Council, Derby City Council, Universal Services for Carers and the Integrated Care Board, to understand more about views on how information about unpaid Carers is shared across the Derby and Derbyshire health and care system.

This survey is aimed at professionals working in health, care, and voluntary sector services who:

  • Have regular contact with unpaid Carers, or
  • Are involved in recording, using, or sharing information about Carers and their needs

We want to better understand the current barriers to sharing Carer information, what’s working well, and what could be improved. Your insight will help inform future work across the system to ensure unpaid Carers are identified and supported consistently, no matter which service they are in contact with.

The survey should only take 10-15 minutes to complete. The closing date is the 22nd August. Responses can be anonymous.

We will be undertaking a separate piece of work with unpaid Carers to explore their views about the sharing of their personal information across their local health and care system.

Artists and crafters often build up a large stash of materials, tools, books and magazines and need to declutter their stock. So if you fancy selling off your hoard of crafty supplies, this is the perfect chance to put unwanted art and crafting materials back into circulation.

Chesterfield Crafters Bazaar is the place to buy and sell surplus materials alongside like-minded artists and crafters from across the local area.

Stalls cost £15. To reserve a stall for yourself or to share with a few friends, your craft group or for charity fundraising, contact us at: CraftersBazaar@transitionchesterfield.org.uk
