Do you work in a routine or manual job in Derby or Derbyshire, like construction, care, warehousing, retail, or farming -and smoke?

Healthwatch Derbyshire wants to hear from you!

They’re running a short survey to better understand smoking habits among people in hands-on, practical jobs. They want to learn about:

  • Your work and smoking habits
  • What might motivate you to quit
  • What stop-smoking support you know about

Your views will help shape future health campaigns and services so they work better for people like you.

The survey takes just 5–10 minutes to complete, and you can choose to enter a prize draw to win a £50 Love2shop voucher!

Take the survey here: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/smoking-survey2/
