Arts Derbyshire is seeking a Creative Health Producer for Social Prescribing to join our team. 

This, alongside our Culture and Social Prescribing Development Manager and Artist Inquiry/living newspaper process, aims to break new ground in the way that culture, and professionals involved in social prescribing work together to improve the offer for Derbyshire people and communities. 

This is a freelance role initially for 18 months but with a view to extend subject to review and funding.
