Asian Association of Chesterfield and N. Derbyshire is hosting a Baby Fun Day organised by NHS Derbyshire Healthcare for New parents and Babies/ Infants (0-2 years).

North East Derbyshire District Council

UK Shared Prosperity Scheme - Open to Applications. The East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA), Lead Authority for UK Shared Prosperity Fund during 2025-26, has indicated an allocation of funding to North East Derbyshire District Council from April 2025 to March 2026. This will not be confirmed until late May/early June 2025, however, in anticipation of this, the Council has launched the Inclusive Communities scheme for 2025/26. Chesterfield Borough Council

Local groups set to benefit from further grant funding. Local community groups and voluntary organisations in Chesterfield are set to benefit from a share of £220,000 in grant funding to help deliver grassroots projects that will improve life for local people. After successfully launching its Community Grants Fund scheme in 2023 - which has already seen over 76 groups receive a share of over £310,000 - Chesterfield Borough Council is now inviting further eligible groups to apply for the funding that will help them to deliver key projects that benefit the local community. Derbyshire LGBT+

Derbyshire LGBT+ is the only LGBT+ specific support service in Derbyshire, established to provide comprehensive support to individuals who identify as LGBT+, or any other non-heteronormative sexual orientation or gender identity. This includes support for their families, friends, and allies. Founded in 1983, Derbyshire LGBT+ has been a cornerstone of the LGBT+ community in Derbyshire for over 40 years. The organisation was created to address the unique challenges faced by LGBT+ individuals, including issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity, such as coming out, homelessness, violence, bullying, and harassment.
